Schindler’s list wonderfully illustrates one of the darkest days
in History: the Holocaust. Oscar Schindler, a German Catholic and
industrialist, uses the World War II as an opportunity to make massive profits.
To achieve his goal, he develops a good relationship with German military officers. Stroked by how the
Jews were exterminated, he decided to open a factory and to buy the Jews to
work as slave laborers. Then, he cares for the Jews life, especially those who
work in his factory. So he uses his
status as Nazi industrialist to transform his factory into refugee camp to the Jews. Further, he spends his fortune buying more
and more Jews.

The Triumph of a man, who
made the difference in History, and the drama of the survivors of the
holocaust, is acted with perfection by Liam Neeson (Oscar Schindler). Helped by Itzhak
Stern (Ben Kingsley) Schindler spent hours selecting the name of the Jews according
to their profession to buy them, and bring them to work in his
factory. When he is made aware that the train with his people hasn’t arrived in
the destination, he pursues it until he is able to find it. Arriving moments before the execution of the
women that he had bought, in the gas
room, Schindler claims them, and bring all of them to his factory.
Written by Steven Zaillian and directed by Steven Spielberg, this film is a masterpiece of the film industry. An exceptional group of actors relate this historically accurate life of the extravagant, flamboyant and compassionate Oscar Schindler. The actors were impregnated in their personage, driving the spectators to experiment to how was the life at this moment of the History. In an ambitious way we see Amon Goeth (Ralph Fiennes) excited to kill the Jews from his balcony. Besides we have shocking scenes that were hidden by a melancholic music, which was wonderfully related to the situation.
Winner of 7Oscars, this film is still in most demand, we can find it the cinema or in DVD. 3 hours of shocking and grisly violence, also anti-Semitic language, smoking, drinking and several scenes of nakedness. Besides, it shows the love for a people‘s race that change face the Genocides in Europe.
