After losing his love, Madeleine (Kim Novak), John Ferguson (James Stewart) is obsessed to bring she alive at all cost. He goes around in the city, trying to see Madeleine, and in one occasion he met Judy, who is obliged to wear and act as Madeleine. Love and the obsession of a fantasy is well showed by Alfred Hitchcock's, in different and unusual points of this mysterious film. The opening design made the film more attractive, with a fond musical of suspense and adrenaline. The scene of fear and romance done by James Stewart is impressively letting the spectator who is tricked by. |
